We strive to provide products of the highest quality and are proud of the attention to detail that goes into each and everyone of our products. Our Life In Transit warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.

Exchanges & refunds

We want you to love everything you purchase from Our Life In Transit . If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we’ll issue a refund or exchange for the product. Purchases exceeding the 30 day period, custom made items, or sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

How to make a Return or exchange:

-  Returned and Exchanged items must be in new, unworn/unused, condition with the original tags attached. 

-  Please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your item to request a Return Authorisation via email at info@ourlifeintransit.com.  All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.

After your return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item or issued a credit for the value of the item.  Items shipped to us without a exchange authorisation will be shipped back to you.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Our Life In Transit will not assume responsibility for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our location. Our Life In Transit will not refund initial postage fees for refunded items unless the refund is due to a customer having received a defective item. 

Returns/exchanges are processed within approximately 1 week of receipt.

Our Life In Transit  is not responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes incurred by customers purchasing from outside of New Zealand. For more information please contact your local customs office.
